School of Management & Marketing

The School of Management & Marketing was established in 2010 to incorporate the key business disciplines of management, strategy, human resource management, marketing, organisational behaviour and tourism management.

The School's flagship undergraduate program is the renowned Bachelor of Business that is popular for domestic as well as distance students. We also offer the Bachelor of Hospitality Management and the new Bachelor of Tourism to be launched in 2012. Our postgraduate programs range from the Master of Management (with specialisations in Marketing, International Business and HR) to the very popular Master of Business Administration (MBA) ideal for individuals looking for a career change. Our research degrees, Masters by Research and the PhD, provide excellent grounding for individuals wishing to develop a research-oriented career. We also offer a variety of diploma and certificate programs for students who are unable to devote the time to a full academic degree. All programs are offered by distance, providing students with the flexibility to study at times that suit their lifestyle and family situation.

Graduates from the School of Management & Marketing work as business managers, human resource managers, accommodation marketers, tourism marketers, destination managers, events organisers, management consultants, brand & product managers, marketing consultants and sales managers.
