ACS Professional Year Entry Criteria

CQUniversity will only consider applications to this program from students who have applied for, or have been issued a 485 skilled Graduate visa or hold a Bridging Visa as a result of their Subclass 485 application. Students studying in Australia on a student visa will not be accepted into this program. If you do not hold a 485 Skilled Graduate Visa or a Bridging Visa you should contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship for further details. The academic requirements for entry into this program are:

  • Applicants must have completed an Australian Computer Society accredited degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) at an Australian institution in the last 6 months.
  • The accredited degree must have been completed as a result of at least 2 years study in Australia. (a minimum of 16 months duration if fast tracked).

Students must also meet English Language requirements of:

  • IELTS overall band score of 6.0 or equivalent, with no band score less than 6.0.

You may also be asked to undertake an interview before admission to this program.
