Creative & Performing Arts Planners

The following planners are to be used as a guide when enrolling in courses via CQUCentral. Please note that these are recommended programs of study for full-time students who will generally study four courses per term. It is possible to vary the sequence in which you completed these courses, provided that you ensure you completed all courses required for your degree.

If you intend to study part-time, you should select 1-2 courses per term in your first year. In selecting these courses, please note that:

  • The Faculty has no requirements for the number of courses that you study each term - this is your decision based upon the time that you have available to commit to your study. As a guide, we suggest that you assume that each course will involve on average 8-12 hours of study a week for an undergraduate student;
  • In selecting specific courses, the Faculty recommends that you select courses in your first term that you feel most comfortable with.
