Time Managememt

Here is a planner that you may use to help you manage your time.

Priority Organiser

If you have difficulties in setting priorities, try using or adapting this sheet. Make up your own copies using this format.

Column A Rate how important it is to do this (6 = unimportant; 10 = essential).
Column B If this is to be done at all, how important is it that you do it soon?
(1= must be done at once; 5 = it can wait)
Column C Subtract the score in Column B from Column A. The highest scores are put in this column and are the most likely to be priorities.
Column D Number the order for completing the tasks, and the time or date to do each.
Highlight in yellow the thing you will do next. When it is completed, highlight it in red.
