12	'Prawn' Concert Series - Eight Soloists from the Mackay Choral Society end-of-year concert let their hair down in an evening of mayhem and merriment. This annual concert is a must for Mackay music lovers and includes performances from the staff of the Conservatorium. Performance Time: 7.30pm Venue: CQCM Theatre Tickets: Adults $20, Concession/Friends/Student/Child $15 Booking: Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day.
13	Conservatorium Academy The Conservatorium Academy is a new centre for creative and performing arts training for primary and seconday school-aged children in Central Queensland. In 2011, Music Theatre classes will be held on Saturday afternoons during school terms at CQCM Mackay. Each public performance will showcase the work of these young people as they explore the exciting repertorie of music theatre.
