CQUniversity Bundaberg has a peer support program for all first-year undergraduate on-campus students. The Student Mentor Program links first year students to student mentors on the first day of the University's orientation program. The help received from a CQUniversity Mentor can make a significant difference to your first year at university. Mentors are experienced students who can help you access information about university life and university services.
Nulloo YumbahNulloo Yumbah is CQUniversity's Indigenous Learning, Spirituality and Research Centre and has a base at Bundaberg campus. It is neither a Faculty or a Division, but does the work of both. Nulloo Yumbah reports directly to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Services). In the language of the Darumbal people Nulloo Yumbah means ‘our home' or ‘place'. Darumbal are the Aboriginal people who live around the Rockhampton area. The original university buildings are on Darumbal meeting grounds.
