CQUniversity undertakes or participates in numerous corporate surveys of its students, staff, alumni and other stakeholders for a range of purposes. In recognition of the increasing volume, complexity, importance, and interrelationship between these surveys, a Survey Register has been implemented by the Office of Learning and Teaching to assist survey management. The Survey Register should be kept updated to ensure the most current data is available to University staff. The Survey Register template is to be used for consistency of information gathered. The completed template should be emailed to evaluations@cqu.edu.au.
