The Foundations of University Learning & Teaching (FoULT) program is designed specifically for new members of CQUniversity staff who will be involved in teaching. This program explores principles and practices of tertiary learning and teaching, with a particular emphasis on the teaching contexts found at CQUniversity. This program is underpinned by policy and the Seven Principles of Good Practice in Undergraduate Education (Chickering & Gamson, 1987).
This program is mandatory for new teaching appointments and may also be of interest to existing teaching staff and other staff who support teaching processes. Participant registrations are essential to allow for adequate preparations to be made.
The next offering of Foundations is in early 2012
