Showcase Program

The Showcase program will include keynote speakers, papers presented by CQUniversity staff and workshops to encourage staff interaction, as well as a number of less formal gatherings.

All Showcase events are free of charge. However, you are requested to register your intention to attend, using the online registration form by Wednesday 16 th February in order to assist with the organisation of this event.

Registration for the Workshops is essential, as the workshops will not be held on Campuses where there are no registered participants. Venues

The Workshops on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons will be located in the Library on each campus and the Cocktail party will be located in the Rockhampton Campus Library.

All other sessions will be held in the following rooms:

Rockhampton  ISL Room - 33/G.14 and 
  ISL Room 2 - 33/G.22 (if required) 
Bundaberg  ISL Room - 3/G.24 
Gladstone  ISL Room - Martin Hansen 1.03A

It is the aim of the Showcase organisers to try and include as many campuses as possible for workshops and seminar sessions. All presentations by keynote speakers will be ISLed to Rockhampton, Gladstone, Mackay, Bundaberg and Emerald. Sessions by CQUniversity authors will be ISLed to Rockhampton, Gladstone, Mackay, and Bundaberg campuses.

Arrangements will also be made to ISL these sessions to Emerald campus if an intention to attend any of these sessions is received. The Wednesday and Thursday workshops will be run concurrently on Rockhampton, Gladstone, Mackay, and Bundaberg campuses, conditional on participation registration being received from these sites.

CQUniversity Library will support the Showcase by hosting events such as the workshops on each campus and co-hosting the Cocktail Party.
