CQUni Statistics

The Statistics section of the CSP Directorate forms an important part of the Planning & Reporting process at CQUniversity.
University Statistics supports strategic evidence based decision making through the preparation, dissemination and analysis of the University's student and staff data.

The activities of the Statistics Office include the following (but not limited to):-

Provides data for strategic planning across the University.
Providing reports to Management.
Providing statistical information to internal & external parties.
Preparing statistical collections and compiling historical data.
Providing assistance with DEEWR submissions which fulfill the University's statutory reporting requirements.
Providing advice on Commonwealth government funding and related matters.

Statistical Information

	Student & Staff Statistics contains detailed statistics on both student & staff data. Student data includes numbers, EFTSL and completions. Staff data includes numbers and FTE.
	Pocket Statistics is a statistical annual detailing student numbers & EFTSL, Completions, Research, Equity, Region breakdowns and Staff FTE.
	Institutional Performance Portfolio's (IPP) (previously known as Institution Assessment Framework Portfolio's). is a document produced by DEEWR and DIISR annually to outline an across-the-board assessment of institutional achievements against the Commonwealth's funding principles. This information, together with data collected through the Higher Education Data Collections on student, staff, financial and research, are combined to prepare the portfolio.
	Performance Portfolio's a collection of portfolio's that summarise yearly performance statistics on Faculty's, School's, Campuses, and the University's top programs.
	Equity Statistics contains CQUniversity Equity statistics on Low Socio Economic Status (SES), Regional / Remote Status, Disability, Indigenous Status, and Non-English Speaking Background.
	Annual Report Statistics provides an extract of the data that is produced by the Statistics office each year for the CQUniversity Annual Report.
	QTAC Statistics contains QTAC data outlining Preferences, Offers, Acceptances & Enrolments for CQUniversity along with other QLD Institutions
	Comparison Statistics shows a comparison between CQUni enrolment data against all other Queensland Universities, as well as against our benchmark group.
	Other Statistics includes other useful statistics such as Biodemographic data, Attrition, Retention, etc.
	Data Dictionary contains definitions of statistical terms, along with explanations and criteria of statistical concepts unique to universities.
	Useful Links includes useful links to Government sites, statistical information and various useful sites providing data and documentation.
